Combat Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety disorder is an outcome of excessive anxiety and fear. Psychiatry has come out with a number of anxiety problems that have already caused stir in million minds.

There are various types of anxiety disorders. Many people are affected by anxiety problems. Depression, frustration, anxiety and fear are the main reasons which help to facilitate this kind of disorder in the human mind. However the problem varies with the type and intensity.

These Kinds Of Disorders Are In Majority Diagnosed With The Following Types:

1)      Panic Disorder: panic disorder constitutes of attacks for about 10mins or longer.

2)      Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD): this is the most general types of anxiety problem that one can face. This has a singular reason behind. It occurs mostly in elderly adults. The effect usually lasts for long.

3)      Social Anxiety Disorder: This disorder also has a number of people experiencing its effect. Generally occurs due to phobia arising out of the fear of being insulted or humiliated in a social gathering while a person is involved in an interaction.

4)      Agoraphobia:  this type of panic disorder constitutes of symptoms like being choked in an enclosed area, breathlessness and fear. Under such circumstances the victims wants to escape the enclosure and break free of such fear.

5)      Separation Anxiety: this type of problem arises when a person is suffering from the fear of being separated from his/her beloved. It results into depression and excessive stress.

6)      Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: this is a specimen which is an outcome of a recent or past trauma which had left a huge set-back on the victim’s mind. Sometimes people tend to succumb to such anxiety disorder, and do not have any chances of recovering from it.

Anxiety usually can be treated in two ways-

1) Exercise, yoga, relaxing processes and other activities

2) Medication.

Of the two types, the former is the best way, since it will not have any side effects on the human body, and will help to recover naturally. The second type is usually treated when the situation goes out of control.

Generally anxiety treatment constitute of immediate assistance followed by regular practice of exercises or intake of medicines, in case the situation turns worse for the patient.
